Many small businesses get themselves caught in the middle of arguments over who is responsible for paying an account such as a dentist or doctor’s appointment for a child or a customer has rung and made an appointment to have his wife’s car fixed.  Or maybe you are a subcontractor on a building site, who is paying you?
